These terms apply to the services provided by Adrian AI Solutions, a business name of Adrian Martinez Sr., based in Bronx, New York ("we," "us"). By hiring us or using adrianaisolutions.com, you agree to these terms. Contact: contact@adrianaisolutions.com · 646-972-1915.

Our services

• Website design — a professional website for your business.
• Website + Google package — a website plus a Google Business Profile created or claimed and optimized.
• Optional yearly maintenance — hosting renewal, domain renewal coordination, and keeping your site and Google profile up to date.
• Python automation — custom programs, quoted per project.

Prices and payment

• Website only: $400 flat, one-time.
• Website + Google package: $650 one-time.
• Google Business Profile setup on its own: $300 flat, one-time.
• Optional maintenance: $150/year.
• Python automation: custom quote agreed before work begins.
• Payment is 50/50: 50% to start, and the remaining 50% only when your website or package is delivered and you have approved it.
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work on your project has begun.

Your domain is yours

Your web address is registered in your business's name, so you own it. If you already have a domain, we will connect your new website to it.

What we need from you

To build your website we need your business details, services, contact information, and any photos or materials you want included. Delivery timelines run from when we receive those materials. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you provide and for having the right to use them.

Timelines

Most websites are delivered in 3–4 days once we have your business details. Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with the scope of the project and how quickly you review and approve.

Google verification and rankings

Google controls the verification of Business Profiles, and its approval timeline is Google's. We prepare and submit everything correctly, but we do not guarantee a verification date, and we do not promise specific rankings or positions in search results. What we deliver is a complete, correctly optimized presence.

Free Google check

The free Google check offered on this website is an informational review of how your business appears on Google and Maps. It carries no cost and no obligation to hire us.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, your website content is yours. We may show the finished website in our portfolio and demos unless you ask us not to.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
